보졸레 누보도 '내추럴'은 다르다!
햇 와인, 금방 빚은 술, 숙성기간을 거치지 않은 싱싱한 와인. 보졸레 누보를 설명하기 위한 단어는 꽤 여러가지가 있습니다. 하지만, 언제부터인가 보졸레 누보는 우리의 기억 속에서 사라졌었죠. 매 해 11월 셋째 주 목요일에 대대적인 파티와 함께 공개되던 보졸레 누보. 하지만 이제 정해진 날짜는 잊으세요! 매년 수확하는 날짜는 포도가 익는 상태에 따라 빠를 수도 늦어질 수도 있고, 또 포도에 포함된 천연 효모만으로 발효하는 내추럴 와인은 그 해 효모의 성격에 따라 발효가 빨리 될 수도 좀 늦게 될 수도 있기 때문입니다. 유기농 혹은 비오디나미로 경작된 포도에 아무런 첨가물 없이 자연 발효시킨 후 곧바로 병입을 한 햇 술.
살롱오에서는 첫 번째 스핀오프 행사로 ‘내추럴 보졸레 누보’ 파티를 준비했습니다. 병입 후 곧바로 비행기를 통해 한국으로 공수한 후, 약 4주의 안정화 기간을 거쳐서 11월 29일 금요일 저녁 7시에 공개합니다!
Beaujolais Nouveau "Natural" is different!
There are quite a few words that describe Beaujolais Nouveau such as primeur wine, first wine from the vintage, and fresh wine. Beaujolais Nouveau, which is released with a big party on the third Thursday of November every year, had disappeared from our memory for a while. Let’s forget about this third Thursday and revive Beaujolais Nouveau but in the Natural way! The harvest date of each year can come earlier or later depending on the ripening condition of the grapes. The natural fermentation of the yeast contained in the grapes can also change determined by the natural state of the yeast. The wine is bottled immediately after natural fermentation without any additives added to the organic and biodynamic cultivated grapes.
Team Salon O presents the first spin-off event, “Natural Beaujolais Nouveau Party”. Immediately after bottling, the wines will be flown to Korea. And after about four weeks of stabilization, we will release them on Friday, November 29th 2019 at 7 pm!

- 4종의 와인이 제공됩니다. (소진시까지)
- 행사장에는 식사가 아닌 간단한 핑거푸드가 준비됩니다.
- 본 행사는 좌석과 테이블이 없는 스탠딩 행사입니다.
- 주차는 절대 불가하오니, 대중교통을 이용해 주시기 바랍니다.

Complete the form for buying tickets and transfer the respective amount. Your tickets are completed.
Notice
- Seats are limited to 150 attendees.
(It will be closed in the order of payment.)
- Please have your ID card to prove your age.
- Only adults can enter, minors who have a ticket are not allowed to enter and entrance fee will not be refunded.
- You will be given one wine glass per person, it must be returned when leaving.
- Four different Beaujolais Nouveau wines are served until exhaustion.
- There are simple finger foods at the venue, not meals.
- This party is standing event without seats and tables.
- Parking is absolutely not possible, please use public transportation.
